Information you give us
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the name, address, phone number, email address and project details you enter. We use them to respond to your enquiry and to carry out work you book with us.
Calls
The phone number shown on this site is a tracking number provided by CallRail. Calls to it forward to RS3 Mobile Detailing and are recorded. You are told this at the start of every call before anyone answers. CallRail records the number you call from, the time and length of the call, and which page or advertisement you came from.
Advertising and measurement
We advertise on Google. Google Ads conversion tracking runs on this site so we can see which advertisements lead to a quote request or a call. It records that a form was submitted or a number was tapped, along with the advertisement that brought you here. It does not record what you typed into the form.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone other than the service providers named above, who process it on our behalf.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing rusty@rs3mobiledetailing.com. If you would rather not have your call recorded, the recording notice plays before the call connects, and you can hang up or contact us by email or the form instead.
